On a daily basis I report behavioral concerns of students to appropriate staff, implement and maintain behavioral program polices and data, maintain alertness for problems likely to disrupt the educational process or to be a safety concern and correct and report these conditions. This has been the most rewarding job I have had. To see students go from struggling to regulate their emotions/behaviors to being able to identify them before they happen! Admin here are amazing! Always going the extra mile to help better yourself, training's are great. You also have the option of transporting students for extra pay!Cons

Menta Academy North is hiring an on-site Paraprofessional who will support classroom instruction, manage student behavior, and provide daily student transportation using school vehicles.
Teach a small, supported virtual K-12 classroom at Menta Tech Academy, delivering differentiated instruction and social-emotional supports in a PBIS-informed environment.
Provide school-based occupational therapy as a COTA at Menta Academy Beardstown, delivering IEP-driven treatment and collaborating with staff to support PK–21 students.
