Qualifications: Proven track record in business growth through marketing, preferably in B2C, with a bonus for familiarity in B2B within academic contexts.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.

Position Overview:
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead both the Marketing Acquisition and Brand teams while serving as a strategic pod leader for one of our multi-million-dollar business units. The Growth and Marketing Leader is responsible for owning revenue growth and leading the growth strategy for SimpleNursing, nursing education business, acting as a mini business owner who drives both marketing performance and overall business results.
