Account Executive

POSITION OVERVIEW


As an Account Executive at Coalescence, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and client acquisition for our professional services supporting SaaS solutions, with a focus on Salesforce. You will work closely with prospects and clients to identify and provide tailored solutions, helping them achieve their business objectives. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover to the client services team.


This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, experience in building relationships at the C-level, and a solid understanding of professional services within the SaaS ecosystem.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and customers at the C-level, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through contract negotiation—ensuring smooth transition to the client services team.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within new clients to maximize customer value and increase company revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with Coalescence's services, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Drive revenue through an assigned quota, divided into quarterly targets.
  • Work closely with the Go-to-Market Leadership and Sales team to contribute to sales strategies and internal growth initiatives.
  • Fulfill Management by Objectives (MBOs) set by leadership.


REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+  years of experience in sales roles, preferably in a company selling professional services supporting a SaaS solution (ideally Salesforce).
  • Experience working with Salesforce products or similar CRM tools (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as ValueSelling.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience selling IT services.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple client engagements and internal initiatives.
  • Eagerness to work closely with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to creatively navigate client challenges and deliver solutions that support long-term business relationships.


$60,000 - $90,000 a year
Compensation for this position includes a base salary plus a performance-based commission.

Compensation at Coalescence Cloud Consulting varies depending on various factors, such as role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, we have provided above a reasonable range of compensation for the role described. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change and are not intended to be the only factor considered when making hiring decisions.
