- Proven technical program management experience at scale
- Working knowledge of data center components: servers, storage, networking and connectivity
- Strong competency with Excel/Google Sheets and Smartsheet for tracking and reporting
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for program tracking and documentation
- Ability to create dashboards and KPI reports for senior leadership
- Effective written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities, ambiguity, and tight deadlines
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multi-quarter infrastructure programs across cross-functional teams and time zones
- Collect requirements, define deliverables, create realistic project plans and manage dependencies
- Track program progress, develop dashboards and KPI reports for stakeholders and executives
- Identify technical risks and roadblocks related to data center infrastructure and propose mitigations
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Document processes, plans and status reports; maintain Confluence and project artifacts
- Coordinate across product, engineering, security and technical operations to execute roadmaps
- Drive continuous improvement of program processes and team collaboration practices
Education
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field or equivalent experience
- Relevant technical or program management certifications are a plus
