Skills
- 8+ years product management experience with proven delivery in complex organizations
- Domain expertise in infrastructure operations, procurement, asset management or financial/operational tooling
- Distributed systems and scaling experience to design solutions for high-volume deployments and many internal customers
- Strong data skills (SQL/Postgres/Prometheus) and experience using data to drive roadmap and measure success
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and drive consensus in a matrixed org
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation initiatives including comprehensive ERP integration and process redesign to accelerate hardware deployment
- Design and build systems to achieve exact asset visibility (location & status) and minimize idle inventory
- Provide real-time inventory and compliance/security metrics to stakeholders to support capacity planning
- Define platform vision and scalable roadmaps that work for 10x to 100x growth
- Make data-driven prioritization decisions and own success metrics for products
- Author use cases, translate customer feedback into prioritized backlogs and detailed requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, ops, procurement, finance and security to deliver outcomes
- Ensure products include robust failure strategies and enforce non-impacting maintenance processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field or equivalent practical experience (MS preferred)
