Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Capital Rx product offerings
- Write business requirements and product specifications in partnership with operations, client management, and sales
- Manage backlog grooming, epic planning, refinement, and other scrum ceremonies
- Ensure on-time, accurate delivery of product features and perform product demos for clients and prospects
- Collect and act on internal and external feedback to iterate on existing products and identify new opportunities
- Conduct user experience testing and research with the design team and validate prior to release
- Analyze product data to inform prioritization and post-release optimization
- Execute day-to-day project management for products under development and manage stakeholder expectations
- Adhere to and promote the Capital Rx Code of Conduct
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
