Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap for a provider/patient-facing digital experience (DOOH/point-of-care).
- Define and frame customer problems, translate strategy into product bets, and align work to company OKRs.
- Lead structured product discovery using interviews, prototyping, experiments, and data to validate ideas.
- Define and monitor KPIs tied to customer behavior and business value; use data to inform iterations.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, content, data, sales, legal, and customer success.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to de-risk features and optimize outcomes.
- Manage stakeholders and expectations while prioritizing high-impact work.
- Mentor and model strong product practices for junior PMs and cross-functional teammates.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, HCI, or related field (required)
- MBA or related Master's degree (preferred)
