Sr Product Manager

PatientPoint is a mission-driven digital health company that delivers behavior-changing content at critical moments of care across the nation’s largest point-of-care network. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a provider- and patient-facing product line, driving discovery and delivery to solve complex customer problems, measure outcomes, and scale product-led practices.

Skills

  • Strong product discovery and validation skills
  • Data literacy and experience using analytics to drive decisions
  • Experimentation and A/B testing expertise
  • Experience with modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Looker, Mixpanel, Figma)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Comfort with technical tradeoffs and working with engineering partners
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Experience operating in ambiguous environments and prioritizing outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap for a provider/patient-facing digital experience (DOOH/point-of-care).
  • Define and frame customer problems, translate strategy into product bets, and align work to company OKRs.
  • Lead structured product discovery using interviews, prototyping, experiments, and data to validate ideas.
  • Define and monitor KPIs tied to customer behavior and business value; use data to inform iterations.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, content, data, sales, legal, and customer success.
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing to de-risk features and optimize outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholders and expectations while prioritizing high-impact work.
  • Mentor and model strong product practices for junior PMs and cross-functional teammates.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, HCI, or related field (required)
  • MBA or related Master's degree (preferred)
