• Serve as the subject matter expert on annuity product calculations, validating methodologies and ensuring accurate implementation.
• Support the design and modeling of new annuity products, including registered indexed-linked annuities (RILAs).
• Partner with technology teams to implement product calculations across multiple platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams, addressing advisor and wholesaler inquiries on product features and mechanics.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Actuarial, and Sales teams to bring new products from concept to filing and launch.
• Assist in regulatory filings, ensuring product components are technically sound and well documented.

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product development, actuarial, or financial services roles.
• Strong background in actuarial calculations, with the ability to quickly learn and apply complex annuity product mechanics.
• Experience in financial services or investments, with annuity expertise highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, business-facing environment, collaborating with multiple functions.
• Ability to influence product strategy and support high-impact business decisions.
