- Deep experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automations (Flow) and platform configuration
- Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Workbench, and Excel for data quality and migrations
- Experience designing Campaign-to-Order and lead lifecycle processes
- Practical experience with integrations and API-based solutions
- Familiarity with Agile practices, Jira backlog management, and CI/CD tooling (Copado)
Responsibilities
- Gather, synthesize, and document business requirements, user stories, and desired processes for Sales and Marketing use cases
- Design functional solutions and prototypes for Campaign-to-Order, lead generation/management, campaign attribution, and sales process flows
- Configure Salesforce platform features (point-and-click), define automations (Flow), and partner with engineers for custom development
- Manage Jira backlog, elaborate epics/features into sprint-sized user stories, and participate in Agile ceremonies
- Lead integrations with native and third-party applications and ensure platform governance and security best practices
- Design, prototype, and deploy Salesforce AI solutions (Einstein, GPT, Agentforce) with responsible governance
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, run unit and smoke tests, and support release processes (CAB, Copado)
- Provide production support, on-call coverage, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Data, Finance, Legal and Security
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Salesforce certifications required/preferred (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant)
