Cloudflare is a leading internet security and performance company seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and retention for enterprise clients through exceptional relationship management and product expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sale lifecycle of Cloudflare's largest enterprise customers ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Lead customer retention efforts by demonstrating the value of Cloudflare’s products through regular business reviews.
  • Coordinate and execute quarterly business reviews with insights and recommendations aligning customer needs with company solutions.
  • Leverage customer data to identify risks and opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and others to address customer business challenges.
  • Communicate and escalate customer issues timely to ensure resolution.
  • Triage inbound inquiries and identify internal process improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
