The AVP Relationship Manager for the Fintech Solutions division is a key member of the Client Services team which is responsible for the day-to-day risk, and client relationship management activities within the Fintech Solutions division. The AVP Relationship Manager position acts as a central point of contact between The Bancorp and its clients for day-to-day activities as well as the internal departments within the bank. As the primary point of contact they are an integral part of a team-based approach to providing day to day client support. The position is also responsible for monitoring key performance and risk indicators for programs under their management and works collaboratively with clients to enable growth opportunities.
