What You'll Be Working On

  • Build the marketing engine from zero: Establish foundational systems for demand generation, content production, and campaign management that scale with our growth

  • Create customer stories that close deals: Develop case studies, ROI calculators, and reference programs that prove Clarion's value to skeptical healthcare buyers

  • Own our digital presence: Write weekly LinkedIn posts, publish blog content, optimize SEO, and build our online authority in healthcare AI

  • Lead conference strategy: Identify key events, manage booth presence, coordinate speaking opportunities, and turn conference leads into pipeline

  • Launch products that drive adoption: Write launch messaging, create sales materials, drive adoption campaigns, and ensure customers actually use new features after release

  • Enable sales with competitive intelligence: Arm our team with battlecards, objection handling, and market insights that help them win against incumbents and startups alike

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience: Track record of generating pipeline and influencing revenue, ideally in healthcare tech or SaaS

  • Proven impact: Can point to specific campaigns that drove real pipeline and closed deals

  • Self-sufficient: Comfortable as a one-person marketing team who strategizes Monday, ships by Wednesday, and measures by Friday

  • Healthcare fluent: Understands how health systems buy technology and can translate AI into clear value for both clinical and business buyers

  • Metrics focused: Tests constantly, measures everything, and makes decisions based on what works

  • In-person collaboration: Excited to work from our NYC office daily

Interview Process

  2. Marketing Deep Dive (45 min) [Virtual]: We'll explore your approach to positioning, messaging, and how you've driven revenue through marketing

  3. Marketing Exercise (Take-home): Create a positioning document and sales one-pager for a specific healthcare segment, demonstrating your ability to craft compelling narratives

  4. Team Day (Half-day) [In-Person]: Visit our New York office to present your marketing strategy, collaborate on real challenges, and meet with founders and potential cross-functional partners
