Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the roadmap for AI products considering the evolving AI landscape and competitive environment
- Oversee the AI product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to solve problems for non-profits, government agencies, and mission-driven clients
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and designers to build and refine AI features
- Work with client success teams to surface client needs and translate them into product requirements
- Create detailed product requirements and user stories for AI capabilities
- Lead product discovery sessions and user research to validate concepts
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and KPIs to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Define and track success metrics and KPIs for AI product performance and adoption
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
