Under general supervision, the 2322 Nurse Manager (Long Term Care) supervises the delivery of patient care at a licensed general acute care/skilled nursing facility with rehabilitation services. The 2322 Nurse Manager (Long Term Care performs the following essential job functions:

Minimum Qualifications
Substitution
Two (2) years of additional experience as an Assistant Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse in a long-term care facility, licensed home health agency or other hospital setting may be substituted for the educational requirement. One (1) year (2,000 hours) of work experience is equivalent to 30 Semester Credits or 45 Quarter Credits.
Applicants must meet the minimum qualification requirement by the final filing date unless otherwise noted.
One-year fulltime employment is equivalent to 2,000 hours (2,000 hours of qualifying work experience is based on a 40-hour work week).
