POSITION SUMMARY
The Resource Planning Senior Advisor not only serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, playing a pivotal role in enabling the Service organization to achieve its operational and strategic objectives, but goes beyond the functional alignment requiring deep cross-departmental influence and strategic foresight. The Senior Advisor is responsible for Cigna’s Service area leading capacity planning and forecasting efforts, driving workforce optimization initiatives, and providing actionable insights that inform long-term strategy. The ideal candidate brings seasoned judgment, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to influence across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of workforce dynamics, business operations, and performance metrics to support workforce optimization initiatives across the enterprise.
Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will require the flexibility to perform onsite 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.
