- Strong Excel skills for analysis and tool building
- Experience in forecasting, demand planning, production planning and freight management
- Clear, professional communication with retailers and internal stakeholders
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage large datasets into actionable recommendations
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming Club Channel purchase orders and coordinate shipments from co-manufacturers and co-packers
- Develop and maintain relationships with Costco ICS, Costco Transportation, BJ’s and Sam’s Club transportation teams
- Serve as the single source of truth for Club Channel inventory, production plans, and PO status
- Communicate PO changes, collect BOLs, and coordinate delivery and freight issues with shipping partners and finance
- Build and maintain internal tracking tools for POs, accruals, fulfillment costs, and fees
- Support account planning and re-planning with supply chain metrics and replenishment insights
- Maintain monthly and yearly forecasts and communicate needs to supply chain counterparts
- Identify store-level forecast and in-stock improvement opportunities and influence retailer replenishment systems
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in supply chain, business analytics, or related field
- Relevant certifications or coursework in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis are a plus
