Responsibilities
- Own and maintain process documentation including SOPs, journey maps, and knowledge bases across Core Experience.
- Drive operational excellence by streamlining and automating back office functions in Legal, Compliance, and bank partnerships.
- Identify and address friction points impacting member and agent experience.
- Influence cross-functional roadmaps to innovate member experience.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, Risk, Operations, Vendor Ops, Quality, and Learning teams.
- Ensure operational readiness and evaluate support impacts of new features and policies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
