Full-Stack Engineer
Skills
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or similar back-end frameworks
- Experience with React Native or comparable modern mobile front-end frameworks
- Ability to work in fast-paced, experiment-driven development environments
- Comfortable with A/B testing frameworks and data analysis tools (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack solutions to test and scale new growth initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Marketing teams to launch and iterate experiments
- Build high-quality member experiences that impact activation, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Contribute to technical strategy balancing speed and scalability
- Use data and user research to prioritize and validate development assumptions
- Own projects end-to-end from ideation through production and performance analysis
- Maintain high engineering standards for quality and performance
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
