Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide one-on-one instruction to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record data on target behaviors and session progress
- Follow behavior reduction and reinforcement procedures consistently
- Communicate progress and concerns with BCBAs and team members
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Up-to-date TB test (if not within last year)
