- Fluency in French or Mandarin
- Experience providing telehealth services to children and families
- Comfort with family therapy and working with school-aged children (5-11 years)
- Proficiency with EHR systems and common telehealth tools
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work peak hours (afternoons/evenings) and occasional weekends
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to school-aged students (and families) via secure telehealth platform
- Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and other providers to coordinate care
- Provide psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers
- Participate in case consultations, clinical team meetings, and supervision
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR and manage required administrative tasks
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives
Education
- Master's degree in counseling, marriage & family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related clinical field (required)
- Current enrollment in or eligibility for supervised clinical hours toward full licensure (for pre-licensed associates)
