Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision
- Use evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record accurate session data and progress notes after each session
- Follow BCBA direction and participate in treatment plan updates and team meetings
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment for clients
- Communicate progress and collaborate with families and team members
- Attend required trainings, supervisions, and professional development
- Assist with routine care tasks and support client transitions during sessions
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Willingness to complete training to meet RBT competency requirements
