Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision
- Use evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record accurate session data and progress notes
- Follow behavior safety protocols and de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety
- Participate in onboarding training and ongoing professional development
- Communicate progress, challenges, and observations with the supervising BCBA and team
- Assist with daily tasks that may include physical support, transfers, and movement of children (up to 50 lbs)
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test if not current
- Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding
