The Portfolio Assistant (PA) is involved in every functional area of our organization by providing direct, day-to-day support to Portfolio Managers and the teams. The PA provides a wide array of services to optimize the performance of the portfolio management, product development, and strategic marketing efforts in support of the group’s business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support Portfolio Management in developing strategic documentation, such as Portfolio Business Plans, Portfolio Roadmaps, and strategy documents.
• Develop product proposals to improve our Chemistry portfolio.
• Conduct independent research on relevant topics and trends, summarizing results for Portfolio Managers and the team.
• Benchmark competitive offerings and update comparisons as needed.
• Identify and recruit participants for product research, track participation, and manage payments for quality input.
• Consolidate and synthesize research activities for analysis by Portfolio Management.
• Serve as the point of contact for Technical Support cases, resolving issues by collaborating with the product team.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and databases.
• Outstanding organizational skills, capable of planning meticulously and tackling challenges with high energy and passion.
• Proven collaboration skills, building partnerships to meet shared objectives.
• Focus on the customer, delivering high-quality learning experiences that delight students and instructors.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
