Working on product at Gumloop, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining the systems we use to measure, track, and iterate on our product. Working alongside engineering, you’ll shape what we build next and how we decide it’s working.
What you’ll do:
Craft effective user-activation funnels that guide users to value fast and boost retention
Create systems for engineering and design to measure and test the effectiveness of new features & improvements, ensuring every feature ships with clear success metrics
Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, analyze PostHog session replays, and competitive research to surface key opportunities
Build & maintain a product roadmap and backlog, defining an effective sequence for impact
Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users & communicate the Gumloop mission
What you’ll need:
World-class design & product taste
Shameless curiosity, a propensity to question things deeply
Extreme speed and clarity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in data and how to present data-driven
Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in high-growth startups
Experience building products with significant AI component, bonus if leveraging LLMs
Experience building for enterprise customers, automation tools, or problem spaces requiring complex systems thinking
