The Maintenance Administrator assists the Maintenance Director in generating, organizing, and tracking financial, technical, safety and compliance information within the Maintenance Division. Assist with tracking of expenses and capital expenditures.
Assist with the collection of bids and tracking of purchase orders and invoices
Maintains Divisional financial records, including expense budgets, capital budgets, expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, and timesheets. Assigns, responds and closes work orders once completed or as needed.
Maintains Divisional employee records.
Manages and facilitates Divisional correspondence and communication with other Divisions, outside agencies, vendors, and others.
Manages inter-departmental communication within the Division by scheduling meetings and managing schedules and calendars as required.
Provides guest service according to Company standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Company Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
Responsible for directing or oversseeing other employees' daily work activities but is not responsible for undertaking or recommending the following employment actions: hiring, termination, corrective action and performance reviews.

and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

of basic forms; and interact with guests including understanding and responding to specific questions
