What We Need 
 

We are looking for a Licensing Associate, Title & Registration, to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Licensing Associate, Title & Registration, you will be the primary owner for transaction related to title and registration completion for units based on states. You will be dedicated to assisting drivers with maintaining legality of plates on an ongoing basis while the vehicle is being title and registered.

A Day in the Life  

  • Establish an manage relationships with internal/external clients and with independent external agencies (tag agents, dealers) to facilitate title and/or registration vehicle transaction processing
  • Identify requests requiring specialized knowledge or escalation, leverage subject matter experts quickly and efficiently to resolve inquiries
  • Provide escalation assistance for FPS Partners and act as a secondary contact for customers
  • Become a subject matter expert in assigned states for all titling and registration functions
  • Effectively manage state portfolio for all type of units required; provide analysis and recommendation in support of the titling process with an ability to acquire/retain information related to different state requirements
  • Resolve issues that arise through the Salesforce tasking tool or email accurately based on urgency and priority
  • Assist other team members as needed and provide support where applicable
  • Facilitate the maintenance of a title through the life of the vehicle which may include: processing, buy lease backs, ownership transfers, title corrections, duplicate titles, lease assumption, corporate name changes, and transaction follow up all while following the Title Management Processing procedures

Requirements 

  • High School Diploma, 2- or 4-year degree preferred
  • 2 – 3 years professional experience in an office environment
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service professional role; automotive industry experience highly desired
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel – ability to add data to cells, use SUM function, sort data & Word – ability to create documents)
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and efficiently to serve clients
  • Ability to work independently and function within a team environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent customer service skills

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
