Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include onboarding new sales professionals, coaching sales skills, designing training solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve organizational performance.
Skills: Candidates should have strong sales experience, facilitation skills, project management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in sales, sales training, or a combination of both is preferred.
Location: The position is based in Tampa, Florida, with some travel required up to 25%.
Compensation: $83000 - $122400 / Annually

Job summary
This position is part of the sales enablement team and collaborates with the sales management team to implement a first-class seller development program that supports CDW’s strategies and business goals. This role integrates facilitation with sales coaching. Responsibilities include onboarding new sales professionals, providing training to experienced sales staff, coaching sales skills, and advocating for company initiatives. Scope includes the design, development, and implementation of training solutions for the Sales organization and participates on project teams to design, develop, and implement organizational improvement and technical solutions.
