- 🎓 Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- ✅ Current, Active BCBA Certification
- 💼 Experience in ABA Therapy, especially in clinical or educational settings
- 📊 Strong Analytical Skills – Use data to drive decisions and adjust interventions
- 💬 Excellent Communication & Leadership – Guide, train, and collaborate with team members and families
🔍 Your Responsibilities as a BCBA
- 🧠 Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to identify behavioral challenges
- 📝 Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- ⚖️ Implement and monitor interventions based on ABA principles
- 📊 Track progress and adjust treatments as needed
- 📋 Maintain detailed, accurate documentation
