Computer and Data Science Online (CDSO) administers UT Austin’s nationally ranked, at-scale graduate portfolio: the Master of Computer Science (MSCS), Master of Artificial Intelligence (MSAI), Master of Data Science (MSDS) and a stackable four-course Graduate Certificate in AI/ML (CAIML). Together these affordable, high-quality programs enroll several thousand working-professional students each year and extend advanced technical education to a wide, varied audience. The Enrollment Counselor joins a tight, cross-functional CDSO administrative team dedicated to guiding every learner—from first inquiry through graduation—along a clear, supportive pathway to success.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for prospective students. Use data-driven lead-nurture strategies, personalized advising, and coordinated hand-offs to academic staff to maximize qualified applications and admitted applicant yield across CDSO’s at-scale programs.
Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience in higher-education recruitment, admissions, advising, sales, or comparable relationship-management role. Demonstrated success meeting performance targets; outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and basic data analysis; commitment to student-centered service. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Master’s degree and two years of experience. Experience with at-scale or online graduate programs. Familiarity with UT Austin systems and policies. Spanish or another second-language proficiency. Knowledge of computer science or data-science disciplines.
$60,000+ depending on qualifications
