Therapy Access Intake Specialist (Contractor)
Skills
- Minimum 1 year healthcare administrative/clerical experience with strong customer service and data entry
- Proficiency with CRM systems and document management
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google suite, and web-based tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours (8am–5pm ET)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily data entry and intake processes for new and existing patients
- Oversee incoming document fax server, identify and file documents in CRM
- Review and quality-check incoming documentation and associated data entry
- Receive and process completed customer paperwork (agreements, privacy notices, etc.)
- Document all interactions in the CRM according to QA/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelines
- Support adherence to company policies including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Therapy Access Manager
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
