- Working knowledge of Kroger systems (Market6/OnDemand, 84.51 Stratum)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience developing selling stories and category reviews
- Familiarity with syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) and panel data use cases
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Develop fact‑based category reviews, business updates/reviews and selling stories
- Present business updates to clients, articulating trends and recommendations
- Create and maintain analytical tools, reporting and resources for client teams
- Analyze shopper, POS and syndicated data to identify distribution voids and opportunity gaps
- Track and report on distribution and sales trends, and evaluate program effectiveness
- Provide retailer‑specific promotional planning support and recommended actions
- Work with Business Managers to prioritize distribution opportunities across Kroger
- Improve reporting methodology and identify process efficiencies
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or related field
- 1+ years CPG industry sales or retailer‑facing category management experience
