Skills
- Expert SQL and data modeling skills; able to partner with engineering on data models and semantic layers.
- Hands-on experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI including dashboard design and certification.
- Familiarity with product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Zendesk, ChurnZero).
- Strong storytelling and executive communication; converts ambiguous questions into action.
- Measurement and experimentation fundamentals including baseline, pre/post, and basic experiment reads.
- Financial acumen across forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and headcount/capacity modeling.
Responsibilities
- Define and align GTM & product metrics framework with clear definitions and calculations.
- Design, build, and certify role-based BI dashboards and scorecards for Product, CS, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Accounting.
- Deliver executive-ready insight readouts and narratives that translate signals into quarterly plans and weekly actions.
- Lead health scoring and cohort analysis to surface customer risk and opportunity and enable manager coaching.
- Standardize pre/post measurement and ROI methods linking spend to pipeline, bookings, CAC/LTV, and payback.
- Run recurring pipeline, conversion, and forecast reviews with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
- Partner with FP&A on planning, monthly forecasting/variance, scenario modeling, and headcount/capacity analysis.
- Collaborate with Data Intelligence to improve data quality, semantic layers, and enable self-service analytics.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated continuous learning in analytics tools and methodologies.
