Senior Site Reliability Engineering
Skills
- 3+ years experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering
- Strong proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Deep experience with AWS services (ECS, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch)
- Hands-on experience with ECS for container orchestration and autoscaling
- Experience with GitHub workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD tooling
- Strong experience with Docker and containerized deployments
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, OS, and application layers
- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform on AWS
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and participate in on-call rotations
- Conduct blameless postmortems and drive reliability improvements
- Collaborate with development teams to improve service reliability and performance
- Automate toil and repetitive operational tasks
- Document systems, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional certifications and on-the-job experience considered in lieu of degree
