ECP is the best job I've ever had. ECP is growing, and there is a lot of opportunity for growth for me as an individual. I've learned a ton, and no two days are the same. Most importantly, I really love the people I work with. I can tell that they actually care about ME! There's a really supportive work-life balance, especially for parents with young kids.Cons
Not really cons, just realities of working at a startup. There is a lot of context-switching - people wear a lot of hats, which can sometimes make it feel like you can never get everything on your plate 100% done. Work from home is sometimes a mixed blessing too.
