- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Remix, Next.js).
- Experience building and maintaining backend services and integrations with on-premise systems.
- Familiarity with large enterprise platforms and high-availability requirements.
- Strong product empathy and ability to translate user needs into features.
- Experience with eventing/data streaming systems and test automation (preferred).
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain features across the Forge platform (frontend, backend, integrations).
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical projects.
- Write high-quality, testable code to improve performance, scalability, and reliability of production systems.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Forge users and production issues.
- Own areas of the stack and drive projects from idea to production delivery.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (required).
- Ongoing professional development and technical training (preferred).
