About the team:
Bubble’s Growth Marketing team drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention by leveraging data, creative strategies, and marketing tools. We collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey and fuel Bubble’s rapid expansion. Our mission is to bring more people into the Bubble ecosystem and help them realize their ideas using our no-code platform through impactful campaigns, content, and community-building efforts.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager who is highly analytical and strategic to join our growing marketing team. This person will own all paid acquisition channels end-to-end — including search, social, display, video, and emerging platforms — with a focus on driving efficient growth at scale.They will be leading the channel strategy and execution, leveraging experience and expertise on the changing landscape within the paid search channel. This person will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing.
In this role, you’ll:
Own, execute, and optimize all paid growth campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Microsoft/Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and emerging paid channels.
Provide budget recommendations and conversion and revenue projections to ensure sustainable growth
Develop and execute a testing roadmap across platforms, ad units, audiences, bidding strategies, and creative formats.
Partner with other teams to optimize copy and landing pages
Continually expand and optimize keyword
Generate performance reports and analytics for presentation and review
Stay on top of evolving ad tech, privacy changes, and platform trends to ensure Bubble remains ahead of the curve.
About you:
5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels; strong preference for candidates with multi-channel ownership (search + social + display/video) at a PLG or SaaS brand.
Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding channel targets
Experience successfully growing paid search channel into a multimillion dollar program
Strong data analysis and problem solving skills: able to draw conclusions and with guidance, able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings
Self starter: always looking for room to improve/learn as well as the ability to work independently and autonomously
Expert in Google Ads and Bing Ads platform
Strong communication skills, especially with the ability to translate/distill findings
Passionate about the paid search and paid social landscape and can demonstrate thought leadership in the space
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $127,000 to 160,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
Location:
For this role, Bubble is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US and are within the New York City metro area. We will provide relocation assistance to those who are interested in moving to the NYC area.
We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly. For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches, and happy hours, among other fun perks.
