Your Job:
As the Retail Training & Development Manager at Brooks, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an impactful learning experience for Brooks’ retail employees across multiple stores and states. Supporting a growing team of retail employees—including Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, and event-based cashiers—through cross-functional partnerships, you will lead the creation and execution of training programs that promote consistent, premium service aligned with our brand.
In addition to retail store training, you will travel to all major Brooks-owned selling events—including six runDisney expos, the Houston Marathon Expo, and the Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder Meeting—to train and manage temporary cashier teams using Brooks' point-of-sale (POS) systems.
This role combines your passion for running, learning and development, retail excellence, and customer experience.
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $90,128 - $135,193 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
