Skills
- Strong Java and Spring Boot experience
- Microservices architecture and service-oriented design
- Designing and supporting customer-facing RESTful APIs
- Relational database schema design and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle)
- Unit and integration testing with JUnit/Mockito or equivalents
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Git-based workflows and CI/CD concepts
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs for the Wallet product
- Measure and optimize performance, scalability, and uptime of backend systems
- Conduct and participate in design and code reviews to promote engineering excellence
- Collaborate with product management, customer success, and support to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Drive consistent domain-driven service design and clear service contracts across the platform
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Contribute to CI/CD, observability, and operational practices to maintain stability and deployment velocity
Education
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree or experience
