Responsibilities

Bozzuto is seeking a Client Customization Specialist to join their team. This pivotal role focuses on implementing and supporting client-specific, non-standard technology solutions while ensuring alignment with the Bozzuto brand. The incumbent will specialize in tailoring innovative technologies to elevate both the employee and resident experience, serving as a strategic partner for clients with unique requirements.

As the Client Customization Specialist, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing real estate software application support for rollout of enhancements to existing applications.
  • Maintaining and improving real estate technical solutions that include, but are not limited to, Property Management Systems, Revenue Management, Customer Relationship Management, Resident Service and Experience,
  • Delivering customized solutions that deviate from off-the-shelf or pre-designed options, addressing unique client requests.
  • Acting as a primary resource for a subset of clients, offering client-centric support by understanding their needs in-depth and developing tailored solutions.
  • Adapting processes, workflows, and strategies to accommodate diverse client demands and ensure seamless integration into the Bozzuto ecosystem.
  • Leveraging innovative problem-solving and creative thinking to meet non-standard requirements.
  • Evaluating and distributing compliance reporting related to strategic programs.
  • Assisting other departments with successful rollout of programs that touch current products.
  • Acting as a technical lead and/or liaison with the helpdesk team on various technology initiatives and processes.
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration by working with team members from technical, operational, and creative departments to ensure comprehensive solutions.
  • Aiding in data migration for takeovers and new communities as needed.

What You Bring To Us 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field -OR- equivalent work experience.
  • Years of experience in project management, client technology solutions, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop concise and on-brand messaging.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively work and interact with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of various multifamily software applications preferred (e.g., Yardi, OneSite).
  • Previous experience in the multifamily real estate industry preferred.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Proven success in crafting and implementing innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Experience implementing and supporting client-specific, non-standard technologies is highly desirable.
Salary Range
$90,000$100,000 USD
