The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join the Fabrication South Carolina AeroStructures Team in Orangeburg, South Carolina on 1st Shift.
The successful candidate is a self-starter who can quickly adapt to the challenges of a manufacturing business environment and continue to fulfill and meet the organizational strategic plans. In addition, must be outstanding with time management & organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support and lead with the development, planning and implementation of the organizational goals, strategies and initiatives set in place by the Site Operations Support Director.
Lead the facilitation and coordination for organizations various multi-functional/level meetings with development and preparation, summarizing data and or technical materials and maintaining look ahead activities, schedule etc.
Responsible for Staffing/Headcount project management efforts involving the acquisition and deployment of manufacturing skills.
Assist with facilitation and coordination of multi-functional teams with a focus on developing, preparing and summarizing data and or technical materials, along with creating and maintaining the look ahead efforts including schedules efforts to maximize and or eliminate efficiencies within the manufacturing environment.
Analyzes and summarizes various data points used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g. quarterly cash award activity, staffing/headcount review in support business needs, support to the BSC Factory Field Skill team efforts, etc.
Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication. Prepares reports, presentations and flow charts.
Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information.
Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of resources.
Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
Plans the acquisition and maintenance of resources.
Orders and maintains office supplies.
Plans and implements logistics for internal and external events and meetings. Works under general supervision.
Knowledge of techniques to help identify a customer's organization, capabilities, practices, support resources, preferences, problems, and other constraints in order to provide effective product support and technical issue resolution.
Skill and ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential information and working with it dispassionately.
Ability to utilize technological tools (e.g., PC's, web sites) and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads, responsibilities, problem identifications and resolutions.
Ability to operate relevant personal computing hardware (e.g., personal computers, software, printers, storage media) and standard software (e.g., word processing, graphics packages, spreadsheets/databases).
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or business operations environment
3+ years of experience using the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
3+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
3+ years of experience in project management
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
3+ years’ experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution.

Summary Pay Range: $73,950 - $100,050
