POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Senior Account Manager to join our growing team, specializing in business development for commercial HVAC services.

YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

As our Senior Account Manager, you'll focus on business development activities including:

  • Conducting outreach calls and following up on quotes
  • Mining existing contacts for new business opportunities
  • Setting appointments and meeting with prospective clients
  • Presenting commercial HVAC solutions in a professional manner
  • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies
  • Building and maintaining client relationships

You'll work to identify new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships, contributing to company growth through strategic sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sales and preventative maintenance agreements
  • Business development and account management experience
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and social media platforms
  • Track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
