Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team supporting GTM functions
- Define, monitor, and analyze key sales performance metrics and dashboards
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and executive leaders for financial insights and strategy
- Manage end-to-end sales forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Oversee sales compensation planning and commission management with governance and accuracy
- Drive process improvements, automation, and upskilling within the finance team
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (required)
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
