Summary:
The Client Team (comprising Client Services and Client Development functions) undertakes a wide range of responsibilities in driving billups’ business forward, developing and nurturing client and partner relationships. As part of our Client Services function, the Assistant role collaborates closely with peers, Account Executive(s), Senior Account Executive(s), Account Manager(s), Senior Account Manager(s), Account Director(s) and Senior Account Director(s) in:
Core Role Duties:
Media Planning & Buying:
Assist in the day-to-day management of your clients, being a point of daily service contact, effectively servicing them, and contributing to growing client and agency business.
Proactively oversee campaign start and end dates to make sure campaigns are posted according to clients bookings by asking posting reports to vendors along with pictures.
Will be responsible for all the invoicing processes communicating both internally and externally.
Assist with the planning process including but not limited to: RFP collation, grid and deck development, Platform/mapping, etc.
Project Management:
Assist in share file drive management, to ensure documents and content are saved in the relevant folders. Regularly update client and media vendor documents and folders within our directory.
Assist billups’ delivery in ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for your clients.
Assist with tracking campaign start dates and ensure everything is ready to go live on time.
Assist campaign reporting for your clients by supporting ‘Proof of Posting (POP)’ and Campaign Attribution, helping to ensure this is ready to be sent to clients and/or their agencies in a timely fashion.
Generate consistency in our work through the adoption of the appropriate templates and guidelines, ensuring operational excellence as an individual and as a team contributor. Consistently manage multiple project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Relationships:
Develop personal relationships with your media vendor contacts, building trust and collaboration.
Develop strong relationships with clients, and make sure they have trust, and receive high standards of quality of service and guarantee satisfaction.
Attendance of relevant partner/industry events.
