Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, risk, and revenue to maximize account value.

- Act as the voice of the customer internally to advocate for their needs and issues.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews to align on goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Services teams to facilitate renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate customer risk through cross-functional plans.
- Stay updated on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to inform product improvements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
