BibliU is seeking a Merchandise Inventory Planner to optimize inventory across their Apparel and Gifts categories while effectively forecasting demand and managing performance metrics. This role is remote with some travel to US college campuses required.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, owning demand forecasting and supply planning, developing product lifecycle strategies, and leading process improvements in supply and demand planning.
Skills: Candidates must have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, experience with inventory management systems, and excellent relationship-building abilities.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field, and experience in start-up environments or the higher education sector.
Location: This is a remote position based in the USA, with occasional travel to US college campuses as required.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $65,000 - $90,000.

The Merchandise Inventory Planner (MIP) will lead comprehensive inventory optimization across our Apparel (GM) and Gifts categoryies, balancing product availability with precise demand forecasting. You’ll orchestrate inventory flow through our distribution network, retail locations, and omnichannel.
