Job Description

Berman Nissan of Chicago is looking for an Assistant Internet Sales (BDC) Manager to add to the team!

Job Title: Assistant Internet Sales (BDC) Manager
Location: Berman Nissan of Chicago (60618)
Pay: $41,600 + Bonuses! 

Schedule: Monday-Friday:12:00PM-8:00PM; Saturdays: 9:00AM-6:00PM
(Off Tuesdays & Sunday)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to online inquiries, emails, phone calls and text messages
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Previous Dealership BDC or Call Center experience, required
  • Experience in VinSolutions, preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computer systems
