Skills
- Full-stack engineering with modern frontend frameworks (React or equivalent) and backend languages (Python or similar).
- Experience designing and iterating on growth/product experiments and funnels.
- Instrumentation and analytics: event tracking, success metrics, and data-driven decision making.
- A/B testing and experimentation design.
- Strong product intuition and ability to synthesize user feedback into product changes.
- Comfort working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product experiences that drive AI adoption (onboarding flows, in-product discovery, education, feedback loops).
- Work directly with customers to understand use cases, gather feedback, and onboard scientific teams.
- Design and run rapid experiments (A/B tests), instrumentation, and data analyses to identify levers for activation and retention.
- Improve and scale the growth platform by developing frameworks and tooling for testing and measurement.
- Shape engineering and product practices for AI adoption across the company.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to learn biotechnology and applied AI concepts (no prior biotech experience required).
