Skills
- Design and delivery of high-availability and scalable cloud systems
- Experience with public cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code tools
- Strong skills in relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server and Cassandra
- Experience with Linux systems and development languages such as Python or Go
- Ability to lead technical and organizational direction across multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Set a high technical bar through system design and architecture reviews
- Collaborate across Product and Engineering teams to launch new services
- Review code and processes to improve system reliability and engineering standards
- Drive best practices for availability, scalability, and operational excellence
- Mentor team members and other engineers across the organization
- Coordinate incident management and drive actions post incidents
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
