Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, industrial design, software, firmware, manufacturing) through development cycles for CEW products
- Manage and own program budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet customer and business needs
- Drive decision-making and tradeoffs across design, yield, performance, sourcing and cost-savings initiatives
- Coordinate changes for in-market products: design updates driven by yield, performance, second sourcing, and cost optimization
- Identify, track and resolve program issues, inter-dependencies and risks
- Influence stakeholders across the organization and build strong working relationships to ensure seamless development
- Be accountable for delivering product suites that meet customer expectations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
- Relevant technical coursework or certifications helpful for hardware development roles
