About the Role
Avant Tech seeks a dynamic leader to run daily operations at a top-tier ASC serving orthopedic and pain management clients. This is a full-time director role in an advanced outpatient surgical facility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across clinical, admin, and operational functions
- Manage staffing, budgets (operational/capital), purchasing, and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, internal controls, and accrediting standards
- Serve as liaison between medical staff, governing board, and corporate leadership
- Drive continuous quality improvement and infection control programs
- Oversee sales/marketing strategy to grow procedural volume and services
- Handle credentialing, policy creation, performance management, and team development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in senior admin/management role within ASC or hospital surgical setting
- Strong finance, budgeting, and operational acumen
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Able to partner effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and leadership
- Ideal: orthopedic and ASC startup leadership experience
